We sell original artworks, paintings, prints and related artistic products through our Website.

We make every effort to display artwork colours, dimensions and details accurately. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your device, monitor settings and photography.

As each artwork is unique, minor variations may occur.

3. Pricing

All prices displayed on the Website are shown in Pounds Sterling (£ GBP) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at the time of purchase.

Additional framing services, where requested, are charged separately.

4. Ordering and Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected artwork.

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering through our approved payment providers, including:

Installment payment options may be available through third-party payment providers. Any installment agreements are subject to the terms of the relevant provider.

5. Framing Services

Selected artworks may be supplied with optional canvas tray framing at an additional cost.

Typical framing costs range between £40 and £100 depending on artwork size and frame specification.

Customers should contact us prior to ordering for a framing quotation.

Custom-framed artworks may require additional production time before dispatch.

6. Shipping and Delivery

UK Deliveries

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within three (3) working days.

UK deliveries are sent via Royal Mail or other suitable carriers, and tracking information will be provided where available.

International Deliveries

International shipping quotes are available upon request.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, local charges or clearance fees imposed by their country.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs authorities or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within fourteen (14) days of receipt for a full refund.

To qualify for a refund:

• The artwork must be returned in its original condition.
  
  
• Original packaging should be retained and used for return shipping where possible.
  
  
• The customer is responsible for return postage costs.
  
  
• Proof of purchase may be required.
  
  

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law.

8. Commissioned Artwork

Commissioned works are subject to separate agreements discussed and agreed in writing before work begins.

A non-refundable deposit may be required for commissioned projects.

Unless otherwise agreed, copyright remains with the artist.

9. Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, text, logos, graphics and content displayed on this Website are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

The purchase of an artwork does not transfer intellectual property rights.

You may not:
